Responding to “pains” expressed by some of its customers not well addressed by offers in the market, SysValue has developed from the ground up technological solutions that sells directly. Both Lighthouse and vToken are currently supporting some of SysValue’s customers. For more information and quotations please contact a SysValue Sales Manager or send an email to [email protected].
Lighthouse is a platform that continually monitors the metrics and states of infrastructures and IT services or any other context which authorizes the inspection or evaluation of indicators.
Available in CMaaS (Continuous Monitoring as a Service) versions or on premises, it was designed to adjust to all types of contexts, from the simple (e.g., a blogger who wants to be notified when his blog is unavailable) to the most complex (e.g., multi-geography organizations with thousands of IT services).
Having been originally created to sustain “the monitoring of the availability and performance of IT services”, it is now possible to use it for many other purposes, such as “crow counting (and alarming)”, “monitoring information security”, “monitoring environmental telemetry”, among many others. The platform’s capabilities are endless, depending only on the type of information provided by the members who are to be controlled.
The CMaaS version has the merit of moving the entire monitoring infrastructure into the cloud, following the latest technological and business trends. Doing this allows an organization to completely eliminate the costs associated with purchasing, configuring and maintaining a physical monitoring infrastructure that aims at being reliable and efficient at all times.
VToken is a strong authentication solution (2FOTP – Two-Factor, One-Time-Password) that operates in a “as a service” logic and over the Internet. It ensures a higher level of authentication in a simple way and with no need for expensive equipment or impractical physical devices. After introducing the access credentials, the VToken system sends a second authentication key directly to the user’s phone (or email). That way, the user’s ID is confirmed and any possible attempts at unauthorized access are prevented. The VToken integrates itself easily with systems that use the RADIUS protocol (from VPN gateways to information systems) and it can be installed without any changes to the infrastructure.
Clients who use this solution will authenticate their users in a safer way without having to supply systems or perform complex integrations.
Additionally, given the architectural and functional characteristics of the solution, it is also not necessary to integrate the directories between the solution and the organization, thus minimizing failure points that are common in many competing solutions.
Besides presenting native integrations limited to a set of business solutions (Juniper, Microsoft, etc.), SysValue also invests in expanding the solution to different contexts at the request of its clients.
